I found my journal from January, 2011, so these are the starting stats I will be using. It's not my absolute heaviest, but it's close.

I'm somewhere between 5'4" and 5'5" so I typically just say I'm 5'4-ish"

Starting over...again
I went off the rails after the half. Getting injured didn't help, and I went back to my fat girl ways again. This seems to be my pattern, so I want it to stop! I need to stay focused and not let the holidays derail me again.

When I started over again. I lost about 12lbs in the beginning of the year and stalled at 173-176. Gave up some when the scale quit moving, and had a Fat Girl summer. Luckily, I didn't gain much back! This is when I got serious about my half training, and started doing Ripped.
