The Real Weigh-In Wednesday

Woohoo!!! I haven't seen 165 probably since right after I had my twins. I'm one of those annoying bitches who lose baby weight, and then some, easily and I got down to about 150 after having them. The weight comes right back on once we get out of the newborn stage and I'm not as stressed. I also updated my Measurements page. I'm down 19.25 inches from the heaviest journal I could find! Woohoo!

I feel so damn good! My goal was to see 165, so I busted my ass to get there. I did LiveFit the 4 days I was supposed to, and have done it 2 of my days already this week. I've also been walking at high inclines on the treadmill as well. I think I mildly strained my calf again, so I've been careful not to overdo it. Unfortunately, we're going to be traveling starting Friday, so the diet's going to take a big hit. My mil said their neighborhood has a nice gym we can use, so at least I'll get to work out, but my inner fat girl will be coming out with a vengeance. The key for me will be to not let her keep control once we're back home.

  8. What ap do you use to tack your weight and BMI? Do you count calories or do a special diet like no carbs/sugar? Clean eating? Just found your blog through IG.

    1. Thanks for stopping by! I have a fancy wifi scale, and this is the app that goes with it. :) I try to log everything into myfitnesspal, but don't do any special diets. Just eat healthy, and exercise. I try to eat clean, but it doesn't always happen. I'm not super strict, and tend to have a good few weeks and then fall off the wagon. I just keep getting back on the wagon, and don't let the setbacks completely ruin all my hard work. :)
