Weigh-in Wednesday

So this is my first attempt to write a post using the blogger app on my iPhone. Pretty easy so far! If this works, I'll blog more regularly.

My weight hasn't changed since I hit the 160's. I've been fluctuating between 168-169 for what? a month? At least a couple-three weeks. I'm ok with it because I've been a bad girl, but I want to see that number go down now!

I ran again yesterday, and my hip gave me some trouble, but I listened to my body and stopped when I had to. I was on the treadmill & didn't pay attention to the mileage and stuff when I finished, so I have no idea how far I went. I know I ran the first 1.5 miles before I had to walk, and I didn't run too much after that. I was on the treadmill for 35 minutes total. I'm not ready to get back into a running routine, but damn it felt good to run again! I've missed it so much!

  4. Awesome job on the run! Also, I use the blogger app some and I like it pretty well when I'm in a hurry. What app are you using to track your weight? It looks neat with the lean mass/fat mass components.

  5. Thanks, everyone!! This app is the one that corresponds with my fancy scale. :) I have a Withings Scale that connects via wifi to my phone and various apps. I love it!! http://www.withings.com/en/bodyscale
