Week 4 Weigh-In

Weighing after long run day is the best idea ever. I've lost almost a full pound since last week! And I'm down 2.5" from last week alone. Since getting back on track and starting Ripped in 30, I have lost 7.75"!

Week 1
Weight: 177.3
Chest:    40
Arm:      11
Waist:     37
Hip:       39.75
Thigh:    20.5
Calf:      15

Week 4
Weight:   171.7
Chest:      38
Arm:        10.5
Waist:       34
Hip:          38.5
Thigh:      19.5
Calf:         15

Weight Lost:  5.6
Inches Lost:   7.75

I have been training for my half and running 3-4 times a week, and doing Ripped in 30 five days a week, though I slacked last week and only did it 3 times. I need to do level 3 two more days this week, and then it's time for the Mother of All Levels. LEVEL 4. Dun dun dun!!!

If you'd like to see stats for the other weeks, as well as my starting ones from January of last year, check out the Measurements page. It can be so easy for me to miss the big picture, especially when the scale stalls, but seeing old measurements like that really put it in perspective for me just how far I've come!

On the first two pictures, the left ones were last summer when I was about 190. The right is just now at 171.7.

I didn't remember to take pictures until I was already 5 days into Ripped, and done with Level 1. That's the left here. It was 8/18 and I was 173.6, so there's only a 2lb difference between the two but a whole lotta inches.
