I did it! I stuck with Ripped in 30 and my half marathon training for the whole month, and boy did it pay off! Here are my starting and ending stats:
Day 30 (31? I don't even know. Close enough)
Total Weight Lost: 8lbs
Total Inches Lost: 11!
Woot!! I'm a little disappointed because I was 168.5 on Monday, but I seem to have my big loss during my period every month and then gain a little back when I'm done. Guess what? I'm done now, so of course I gained a bit back. I'm still thrilled with my "after," though! 11 inches, bitches!! 4.5" in my waist alone!
The first two pictures are from last summer. I was about 190 then. The right pictures are this morning at 169.3.
These two are my Ripped before & afters. I forgot to take pictures on day 1, so the left is after I was done with Level 1. There's only a 3 week difference between left and right.
