Ripped is Making me Ripped!

Ripped, Level 2, is DONE for the day! I'm starting to notice muscle in places I haven't seen muscle in a very long time. Even better, my husband is starting to notice! I was walking around in my workout shorts yesterday, and he commented on how great my legs are looking. He tends toward chicken legs, so he's a little jealous of my finely-sculpted gams (ha!). ;) He also commented the other day that my back fat is starting to go away. He didn't say that exactly, just something about how my back is looking slimmer. Something much more PC and complimentary, but I knew what he meant. I don't notice my back all that much since, you know, it's behind me and I can't see it easily, but it was great to hear! I guess I'll keep my dates with Jillian since as much as I curse while I'm doing it, I'm actually seeing some results.
